Call yesterday for a price on new transponder key for my SUV ,they came to my house and made a new key the next day for a great price. Best locksmith in Gold Coast area. I have a car that is not around anymore but needed a locksmith as I have locked the car with the key inside. After calling over 10 locksmiths which did not have the tools to unlock my car, one of them recommended me McLean’s. Adam came the next morning and unlocked it within 30mins. I wish I had known him earlier. Highly recommend to call them first.

I highly recommend McCleans locksmith. Adam is super knowledgeable with keys and is so pleasant to deal with. My transit van key got wet over New Years and I needed a new key to get home. He had the best quote and was even recommended to me by another locksmith as he knows his stuff and was significantly cheaper in price which is what I was trying to find. I also called on a public holiday and he was more than happy to help me out of my situation. I definitely recommend to use Adam for a locksmith

Small business, run by Adam & family. I made contact via text for a quote. Not a big job by any means…..key gone “missing” for screen door. Immediate reply from Adam, competitive quote ($50 less than a comparative quote from competitor) & job completed within 2 hours! Adam very friendly & professional. Highly recommended. Adam was punctual courteous and showed considerable experience and knowledge with the locks I needed to be installed. Nothing was too much trouble for Adam. His quote was fair reasonable and very competitive when compared to what other locksmiths quoted. More importantly he charged what he quoted without variation. I highly recommend Adam.

Fantastic service from Adam, he turned up when he said he would. When he tried to connect to the ECU on our Tarago, which had a newly fitted rebuilt engine, he found that not only had the thieves stolen the battery and wipers (which I had replaced), but now we discovered that they had stolen most of the micro fuses. Once we had sorted out the missing fuses, Adam returned and managed to program a temperamental ECU that was having trouble connecting to the 2 key fobs inside the cabin. Adam had a few tricks up his sleeve and after 3 attempts the key fobs were working as expected with the ECU proximity sensors. Highly recommend Adam to anyone looking for replacement or reprogramming of car key fobs on the Gold Coast.

I recently moved into what had been my rental property and realised that I didn’t have any idea who still had keys and garage remotes etc. after 9 years and a variety of renters. Adam came and re-did all locks, keyed alike a new security screen door, changed remote codes and cut missing keys. I now feel so much safer in my home. Since then, I have also called on Adam to duplicate several remote car keys having changed vehicles throughout the year. Great work – fast, courteous and efficient. Highly recommended

I know this is largely a copy of another review, but I had the same experience. Consistency in delivery is always a good thing. It is what you look for when reading reviews. Mine was an old Volkswagen MV where we had lost our key. Adam was prompt, on time and efficient, not to mention a great guy to communicate with. Whilst I did not ‘shop’ for prices, I found his invoice to be more than fair and reasonable. More importantly he charged what he quoted without variation. I highly recommend Adam, and would use him again for any of my locksmithing needs.
